Participants are kindly requested to prepare their abstracts according to written below rules and submit them electronically before the 15th of July. The abstracts may be presented as full oral, short oral or poster presentation. Each full presentation will be limited to a maximum of 20 minutes which includes 5 minutes for discussion. Each short presentation will be limited to 5 minutes with no time for discussion.
Abstract should be sent as a word document and the long abstract should not be longer than 3 pages (This option is for researchers who need a long abstract publication). Use calibri as letterfont, size 12. The following structure for the abstract is requested: Title, authors, affiliation authors, email address, aim research, material/methods/design, results and discussion and conclusion(s). It is mandatory that the first author will be the presenter at the conference. An ISBN number will be included in the proceedings booklet and will also be in compliance with the academic incentive and associate professorship guidelines for Turkish researchers.
The scientific committee will endeavour to schedule abstracts according to authors' preferences but reserves the right to decide on the final form of presentation. Authors of abstracts accepted for presentation will receive notification and information regarding their presentation at the latest by the 22th of July.
Remember each delegate is not restricted to only submit 1 abstract for oral presentation and 1 more for poster. When you have sent your abstract to wefta2024@gmail.com , the abstract is submitted and received. You will not receive a confirmation email.
